š§ About the Position
As a BāLevel Technician, you will handle midā to advancedālevel mechanical and electrical work. Youāll diagnose issues, perform repairs, complete maintenance services, and help keep customersā vehicles safe, reliable, and performing at their best.

š ļø Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems using tools and diagnostic equipment
- Repair and replace components:
- Engines
- Transmissions
- Brakes
- Steering/Suspension systems
- Troubleshoot complex issues and recommend appropriate repairs
- Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to maintain efficient workflow
- Document all repairs, procedures, and parts used accurately
- Stay current with new repair techniques, tools, and industry trends
- Interact professionally with customers when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
šÆ What Weāre Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical school training or certifications (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a BāLevel Technician, mechanic, or similar role
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and repair processes
- Ability to use diagnostic scanners, tools, and shop equipment
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Excellent problemāsolving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Physical capability to lift, bend, and work on vehicles
- Valid driverās license and clean driving record
