What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, equipment, and machinery
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues using industry-standard tools
Complete repairs, replacements, and adjustments (engines, brakes, transmissions, steering systems, etc.)
Use diagnostic software/equipment to troubleshoot complex problems
Work closely with team members to keep repair schedules efficient and organized
Document work performed, parts used, and maintenance procedures accurately
Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Stay current on new technology, tools, and repair techniques
Provide friendly, professional customer service when interacting with clients
Maintain a clean workspace and properly care for tools and equipment

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
Experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar hands‑on role
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read/interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Good communication skills and a team‑first mindset
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
State inspection certification is a plus!
