B Technician – Commission Pay • $50,000+ Expected • Solid Shop & Steady Work

We’re looking for a dependable B Technician who knows how to get the job done and takes pride in doing solid work. If you’re good with your hands, can diagnose problems, and want to work in a shop that respects its techs, you’ll fit right in here.

This isn’t a corporate suit‑and‑tie kind of place. We’re a hardworking crew that keeps things simple: you turn good work; you make good money.

Pay

Commission-based with safety cushion!

Most techs take home min $50,000+ a year, depending on hustle and skill.

What You’ll Be Working On

Routine maintenance and inspections on cars, trucks, and equipment
Diagnosing problems—mechanical, electrical, whatever comes through the door
Fixing and replacing parts: engines, brakes, transmissions, steering, etc.
Using diagnostic tools to track down tough issues
Keeping up with repair orders and documenting what you did
Working with the rest of the crew to keep the shop workflow moving
Staying safe, following shop rules, and keeping things clean
Talking with customers when needed and explaining things in plain English

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience as a technician, mechanic, or similar hands‑on role
Strong troubleshooting skills—electrical and mechanical
Able to read manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Good communicator and team player
Detail-oriented and able to solve problems on the fly
Physically able to lift, bend, and stand throughout the day
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
State inspection certification is a plus (not required)
