About the Role:

Join our Program Management Team, where our mission is to efficiently manage and deliver quality projects that drive meaningful change aligned with business priorities. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading client-facing projects, delivering innovative payment and fraud solutions, and driving strategic initiatives that support business objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading critical components of complex implementation projects across diverse business areas.
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to gather, document, and communicate requirements effectively.
  • Ensuring solutions meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Overseeing governance, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Monitoring project budgets and managing third-party providers.
  • Maintaining comprehensive project logs, including risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, and escalating as necessary.
  • Handling scope changes and managing change requests.
  • Providing regular updates and ensuring all stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Proven experience in project management and delivering successful projects.
  • Strong skills in managing third-party providers and vendor relationships.
  • Applied technical understanding and a logical approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with the development lifecycle.
  • A consulting background is a plus but not required.
