Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting on new business initiatives of varying complexity
- Develop project proposals (small to large scale)
- Lead requirement gathering, tracking, escalation, and issue resolution
- Analyze and document stakeholder needs
- Recommend business solutions with value-add opportunities
- Collaborate with Project Managers to identify optimal development/vendor solutions
- Support documentation and end-user training
- Contribute to on-time, on-budget delivery by identifying risks and mitigation strategies
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience using postman for API level requirements and testing
- Salesforce experience required, ideally with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Experience with business systems analysis, software development, data mapping, and potentially ETL processes and Big Data platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and dependencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience in the banking or finance sector
