As a BSA, you will support strategic analysis and improve business processes by identifying root problems and delivering system solutions. This role requires analytical and technical expertise and offers opportunities to lead on large-scale transformation projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting on new business initiatives of varying complexity
  • Develop project proposals (small to large scale)
  • Lead requirement gathering, tracking, escalation, and issue resolution
  • Analyze and document stakeholder needs
  • Recommend business solutions with value-add opportunities
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to identify optimal development/vendor solutions
  • Support documentation and end-user training
  • Contribute to on-time, on-budget delivery by identifying risks and mitigation strategies

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience using postman for API level requirements and testing
  • Salesforce experience required, ideally with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Experience with business systems analysis, software development, data mapping, and potentially ETL processes and Big Data platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and dependencies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Experience in the banking or finance sector
