Want to work in technology at an investment bank?

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer for one of our clients. You'll play a key role in the CRM Financial Services Cloud transformation program to migrate to a new Salesforce FSC instance. You will also help in translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating systems, and delivering data-driven CRM capabilities to transform client engagement. This role also positions you as a Salesforce subject matter expert within an agile development lab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Salesforce FSC features that align with business goals
  • Lead technical analysis, solution design, and development using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, QA, and integration teams
  • Guide teams on Salesforce best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities
  • Assess trade-offs and optimize CRM architecture across business lines
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform updates and development standards

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years Salesforce development experience
  • Experience implementing and developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce
  • Experience working with large data sets, bulkification, data migration, and data cleanup
  • A proactive attitude to Salesforce enhancements and bringing existing code into best practices
  • Prior experience with FSC and Capital Markets will be a plus
  • Experience delivering complex CRM programs in an Agile environment
