Through this program, you’ll gain hands-on skills for roles such as: 

  

  • Full Stack Developer 
  • Tech Support Specialist 
  • AI Engineer 
  • Network Engineer 
  • Cybersecurity Analyst 
  • After training, you’ll transition into a full-time role with our banking client.

What You’ll Learn at mthree Academy 

Our Academy training covers everything you need to thrive in tech: 

  • Python programming fundamentals. 
  • MySQL and database management. 
  • DevOps tools: Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Docker. 
  • CI/CD practices with Jenkins, version control, and Agile development. 
  • Linux scripting and automation. 
  • Financial and banking concepts explained at a high level. 
  • Professional skills and interview techniques to help you shine. 

 

What You Need to Succeed 

  • You must not have a college degree already (Associate's degree or a Bachelor's degree)
  • A genuine passion for technology. 
  • Analytical thinking and confidence working with numbers. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Bonus: experience working in a team or collaborative environment. 
  • A resident of NYC 
  • Committed to attending the office 3 days a week and 2 days remotely.
  • You must have the right to work in the US without the need for future sponsorship.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package.  The base pay rate for this position is $60,000 USD.  This pay rate represents mthree’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting and based on the locations listed in the job advertisement. It is anticipated that qualified candidates selected for a placement will receive this pay rate as a starting salary once onsite with the mthree client, however, the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies. 

The stated salary and benefits package will be received once the training in the mthree Academy has been successfully completed and the candidate starts on-site with the mthree client.
