Role Description
As a Production Support Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring the performance, stability, and efficiency of critical Front Office applications used for pricing, trading, and risk management across multiple product lines.
You’ll play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing technology services that support millions of transactions daily, involving trillions of dollars in assets. If working at this scale excites you, we’d love to have you join us!
This dynamic role offers a blend of technical and business challenges, helping you build a deep understanding of trading technologies and processes. Please note: flexibility to relocate may be required.

What You’ll Learn at mthree Academy
- Full-stack application design, development, and testing.
- Professional skills, including effective communication and collaboration.
- Industry concepts and how to explain them at a high level.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting technology systems.
What You Need to Succeed
- Degree: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related STEM field (minimum 2:2).
- Passion: A strong interest in Financial Markets and technology.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java, Python, C++, C).
- Solid SQL database knowledge (e.g., Sybase, DB2, Oracle) for writing queries and analyzing logs.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Eligibility: Authorization to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
