À propos du poste
En tant que Chargé(e) d’Intégration KYC, vous évaluerez le risque client et veillerez à la conformité avec les réglementations AML. Vous recueillerez et analyserez des informations provenant de sources publiques et privées pour proposer desintégrations basées sur le risque. Vous collaborerez également avec les parties prenantes du réseau banque.

 

Vos missions

  • Réaliser les vérifications KYC lors de l’intégration des nouveaux clients
  • Évaluer le risque client selon les politiques internes et les normes réglementaires
  • Tenir à jour les dossiers et suivre les demandes d’intégration
  • Communiquer avec les parties prenantes internes et gérer les escalades
  • Garantir la qualité et la conformité des dossiers KYC
  • Identifier les risques et proposer des solutions
  • Participer à l’amélioration des processus et à la mise à jour des procédures
  • Signaler toute activité suspecte ou frauduleuse aux équipes conformité
  • Préparer des rapports et statistiques pour la direction

 

Profil recherché

  • Diplôme universitaire en finance, économie ou domaine connexe
  • Stage ou expérience en KYC, conformité ou intégration client est un atout
  • Esprit analytique et souci du détail
  • Capacité à travailler en autonomie et en équipe
  • Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • L’anglais est requis ; le français et l’espagnol sont des atouts

Join mthree and work on-site with a leading global bank in Montreal as a KYC Onboarding Officer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client due diligence and anti-money laundering (AML) processes.

 

About the role
As a KYC Onboarding Officer, you’ll be part of the team responsible for assessing client risk and ensuring compliance with AML regulations. You’ll gather and analyze client information from public and private sources to build risk-based onboarding proposals. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders across the bank.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Conduct due diligence checks for new clients during onboarding
  • Evaluate client risk based on internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate records and track onboarding requests
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure KYC files meet quality standards and are completed on time
  • Identify risks and propose solutions during the onboarding process
  • Support updates to procedures and contribute to process improvements
  • Report suspicious or fraudulent activity to compliance teams
  • Prepare reports and statistics for management

 

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Internship or experience in KYC, Compliance, or Client Onboarding is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English required; French and Spanish are assets
