Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with GTS leadership to establish and maintain delivery plans.
  • Produce and manage regular project and programme reporting.
  • Track and monitor risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
  • Take ownership of specific workstreams and coordination activities.
  • Maintain programme documentation within SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and scheduling activities.
  • Support PMO governance processes and controls.
  • Organise and facilitate project meetings and governance forums.
  • Produce dashboard reporting and programme metrics.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and reporting tools.

 

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong PMO background with a solid understanding of project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working within investment banking or financial services environments.
  • Understanding of payments, transaction banking, FinTech, or digital payments is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Confident, professional, and articulate approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and global stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of the investment banking and transaction services landscape.
  • Excellent PMO and project coordination capabilities.
  • Exposure to project management and delivery activities.
  • Clear, confident, and effective communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced global environment.

What We Are Looking For

  • A 2.2 or higher degree (subjects like Law, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, and Accounting are ideal).
  • A genuine interest in Banking and Financial Markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hunger to learn and upskill.
  • Experience working collaboratively in teams (a bonus).
