We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and consultative Solutions Consultant, Media Intelligence to join our team and drive new revenue, shape our go-to-market strategy, and build lasting client relationships in the media intelligence space.
As a Solutions Consultant, your mission will be to identify and close high-value opportunities, build strong relationships with decision-makers in PR, communications, and marketing, and help define the sales playbook for our growing team. You should be excited about joining an agile, fast-growing team where your contributions will have a direct impact on our growth trajectory, client success, and market positioning. You’ll be a great fit for this role if a self-starter with deep knowledge of media monitoring, analytics, and PR technology, someone who thrives in consultative sales environments and has a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals while building trust-based partnerships with clients.
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a media intelligence subject-matter expert during the sales process, supporting Account Executives and Customer Success Managers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure prospects fully understand the value of our media solutions
- Assist in qualifying opportunities and aligning client needs with our offerings
- Deliver tailored demos, technical walkthroughs, prepare sample briefs and presentations that speak directly to client challenges
- Support RFP responses, custom proposal creation, and technical documentation as needed
- Use CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to track activity and collaborate with sales team members
- Providing a comprehensive update and commentary on monthly sales performance, short- to medium-term forecasts, and progress against the sales strategy, while recommending any adjustments for approval

If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software, services, or SaaS
- Prior experience in media monitoring, analytics, or PR tech strongly preferred
- Background in journalism, media strategy, or communications is a plus
- Familiarity with KPIs and success metrics commonly used by PR or communications teams
- Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and engaging multiple stakeholders
- Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
- Skilled at storytelling and clearly explaining complex ideas
- Confident analyzing data and connecting insights to customer needs and outcomes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Must be based in the US

Salary
In the US, the base salary for this role is between $82,000 and $90,000 with on target earnings of $110,000 - $120,000+. Note that we typically build 1-3 quarters of ramp time with lower goals and thus lower earnings from commissions. We take a geo-neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. If that ends up being the case, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
