Growth Marketing Specialist

Remote (Canada, United States)

Muck Rack is trusted by thousands of organizations around the world to understand how their brands show up across news, social media and AI-generated answers.

Our AI-powered platform connects the entire PR workflow in one place, helping communications teams manage media relationships, understand the conversations shaping their brands, take action and measure their impact. Combined with analyst-led Media Intelligence and advisory services, Muck Rack turns signals into insights and insights into action.

Founder-controlled and growing  profitably and sustainably, we have the freedom to build forward-thinking products, put our customers first, and offer an inclusive culture that welcomes diverse perspectives.

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, fast-learning Growth Marketing Specialist to help us turn muckrack.com into a high-performing growth engine.

You'll build the pages our campaigns run on, and you'll own the analytics that inform the strategy. You’ll focus on web production from turning briefs and Figma files into live, fast, well-structured pages and on measurement and optimization with GA4 and Google Tag Manager, attribution, and A/B testing.

What you'll do

Web production & project management

  • Build and release landing pages, templates, and new site sections in our CMS, working from Figma files and campaign briefs
  • Coordinate with design, content, product marketing, and engineering to get work into a sprint plan based on a quarterly roadmap
  • QA every launch across browsers and devices before it goes live
  • Protect site health on every release: redirects, canonical tags, metadata, page speed, and accessibility basics

Web analytics & optimization

  • Own Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager by remediating what's broken, then build and maintain a clean event taxonomy, dataLayer, and conversion tracking in partnership with Marketing Ops and Analytics teams.
  • Make campaign attribution trustworthy: UTM governance, channel definitions, and being the person who can answer where a given session came from
  • Run our A/B testing program end to end with hypotheses, variants, instrumentation, and next steps.
  • Turn analytics into digestible insights for marketing stakeholders

How success will be measured in this role

  • Analytics we trust: conversions attributed correctly, reporting that reconciles, and no measurement outages
  • Campaign pages launched on schedule, with marketers increasingly able to launch and update pages themselves
  • A running A/B testing cadence with clear learnings and real iteration
  • No SEO or tracking regressions introduced by site launches

If the details below describe you, you could be a great fit for this role

  • 2–4 years in web production, digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience building pages in a modern CMS or visual site builder like Contentful, WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, you've built tags, triggers, and events yourself
  • Comfortable with HTML and CSS, and able to read and adapt simple JavaScript
  • You understand funnels, and you have a point of view on why pages convert or don'tt off
  • Proactively incorporate AI tools into day to day work to improve productivity and accelerate delivery

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with A/B testing or personalization tools (Webflow Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Convert)
  • Experience with B2B SaaS marketing sites
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce forms and lead routing
