We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing sales team at Multivista, the leading full-service visual construction documentation provider. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to learn the technology side of the construction industry and how Multivista helps to improve one of the world's largest industries while sharpening your sales skills.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct support to the sales team to optimize performance.
• Support Sales Executives in their sales process, including light research, construction project-related info gathering, and proposal creation.
• Respond to inbound leads for fact-finding and initial understanding of potential client needs.
• Offer custom support to existing clients.
• Internal communication between sales and operations teams.
• Administrative work including maintaining team and management calendars.
• Assist in meetings and preparations.
• Support of CRM (Salesforce) data management.

Who You Are:

• You have 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales administration or sales coordination.
• You are intuitive, confident, and self-motivated problem solver.
• You are detail-oriented and can both create and follow complex workflows.
• You take pride in seeing your team succeed and being a part of an organization.
