Senior Manager - Influencer Relations

The Senior Manager, Influencer Relations, leads Murad’s paid and earned creator strategy and acts as a key cross-functional partner to Digital, Paid Media, Social, and Brand. This role owns the annual creator roadmap, manages both paid partnerships and large-scale earned programs, and ensures creator content is optimized for performance across organic and paid channels. The ideal candidate has deep experience in both influencer and digital marketing, understands the full funnel impact of creator content, and can partner closely with our in-house Digital team to support amplification, usage rights, and whitelisting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end creator strategy across paid and earned, supporting launches, evergreen storytelling, brand moments, and product education
  • Build the annual paid + earned influencer roadmap, ensuring integration with Digital, Social, and Brand
  • Partner closely with the Digital team to align creator content with paid media needs, including whitelisting, boosting, dark posting, and performance optimization
  • Manage paid creator partnerships from sourcing and negotiation through contract management, content delivery, and performance evaluation
  • Oversee earned influencer programs, including proactive seeding, gifting strategy, tiering, ambassador relationships, and launch mailers
  • Ensure all creator content is optimized for both organic and paid distribution across social and digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Digital and Paid teams to analyze performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and build full-funnel creator strategies
  • Work hand-in-hand with Social and Creative to align messaging, storytelling, and asset needs
  • Manage annual budgets across paid partnerships, usage rights, and earned programs
  • Track KPIs across paid and earned content, reporting on reach, engagement, conversion signals, content quality, sentiment, and amplification ROI
  • Lead, coach, and support Associate Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
  • Support integrated campaign planning and cross-functional alignment for priority launches

Job Requirements

  • 6–8 years of influencer and digital marketing experience within CPG, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
  • Strong understanding of paid social, performance marketing, usage rights, whitelisting, and creator amplification strategies
  • Proven ability to partner with Digital, Paid Media, and other teams to drive full-funnel outcomes
  • Experience managing both paid partnerships and earned seeding programs at scale
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with creators and agencies
  • Highly organized with excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional alignment skills
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data and turning insights into actionable strategy

The expected base salary for this position is $125,000 to $140,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors, including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget.
