Director of Regulatory

We're looking for a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs to join our Murad R&D team. Working closely with Brand Leadership, R&D, Marketing, and the Global Prestige RA network, you'll shape the regulatory direction of new product development while serving as the brand's authority on emerging frameworks like MoCRA and evolving global standards. You're as comfortable in the room where decisions get made as you are in the details of a PIF — and you know how to make both matter.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides strategic Regulatory support to Brand leadership across all functions

  • Provides key stakeholders with updates on key issues affecting the brand, including representing Global RA in communication of new RA led areas
  • Provides RA guidance to brand leadership on existing and emerging regulation, including regulatory updates on regulations affecting the Brand, giving training as required

  • Oversees 3rd Party’s designated to provide regulatory guidance for new products or countries

Ensures new product development lands compliant, and existing products remain compliant

  • Supports the efforts of our Direct and Web departments regarding advertising claims made on websites and digital media
  • Partners with Commercial, Digital, and E-commerce teams to support retailer-specific compliance requirements and online product content reviews
  • Provides final RA assessments for all innovations for all countries of interest after formula approval
  • Creates, collates, and/or Manages PIF documentation

  • Acts as the Brand’s liaison with the UL Regulatory Affairs Central Team
  • Is the conduit for the Brand’s knowledge of regulatory developments
  • Communicates Brand information to the network for prudent alignment on issues
  • Owns, leads and prepares global regulatory summaries on specified RA topics
  • Implements new regulatory capabilities and consistent Prestige standards within Brand

Form CC-305

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
