About The Role.

Murj strives to lead the market with best-in-class product-training, further establishing Murj as an authoritative source, industry education leader, and supportive partner. We are seeking a Product Educator who has direct experience in working with AI-enabled solutions to join our fast-growing SaaS company. The Product Education team operates with a dynamic and innovative approach, fostering cross-functional collaboration and organizational agility. This role is a key part of empowering users (Murj employees and customers) to utilize Murj’s product and its expansive feature set to the fullest potential. 

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both SaaS education and training and the cardiovascular healthcare landscape.  Candidates should be comfortable working independently, and taking the initiative to identify and address work needed but not necessarily assigned.

What You’ll Do.

• User performance support regarding Product Education tools and workflows
• Management of product release education needs, including:
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering stakeholders
• Drafting of needed release education deliverables
• Agile approach to sensitive release timelines
• Key contributor to Murj’s publishing cycle to include focused material review and feedback
• Adopt an agile approach to address high-priority requests from cross-functional partners
• Content curation to include modern integrated learning ecosystem deliverables utilizing established best practices, efficiencies, approved content curation tools, and AI

What You Bring.

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in writing, education, or related fields
• Experience in curating customer learning deliverables
• Experience managing deliverables within a learning management system
• Experience working in a SaaS or healthcare technology environment

Nice To Haves.

• Experience with user and deliverable management within a learning management system
• Experience curating creatives such as images, videos, simulations, and training courses
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
• Proficiency with Adobe creative suite products
• Deep understanding of the cardiac implantable electronic device space or other cardiovascular verticals
• Deep understanding of the Murj platform and underlying data structures

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days).

• Independently managing user performance support requests received 
• A strong understanding of the Murj platform and its expansive feature set
• Ability to track Murj’s product release cycles, utilizing project management tools and collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Effectively contributing to Murj’s publication cycle including drafting materials, and reviewing and providing feedback on drafted items
