EHR Integration Coordinator
At Murj, we do what we love and love what we do!
Murj was founded in 2014 to solve a problem witnessed first-hand. Founder and CEO, Todd, worked with cardiology practices as an implantable cardiac device sales representative for Medtronic. He watched clinicians struggle to manage these sophisticated devices using outdated and inadequate tools. Having previously worked in product management at Apple, Todd knew that brilliant design can profoundly impact the user experience -- so why not design a better way to care for patients with implantable devices?
In Murj, Todd created an enterprise SaaS cardiac device management software solutions company that reimagines and transforms patient care through thoughtful design and a passion for quality and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Today, Murj continues this transformative innovation with intuitive, elegant, and imaginative technology solutions that improve the lives of cardiac care professionals and their patients.

About The Role.
The EHR Integration Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the team during implementations of Murj’s EHR integrations, along with helping to support Murj’s live integrations by triaging and resolving production support tickets. To accomplish these objectives, this position works closely with our Integration Specialists and Production Support Specialists to support ongoing integration projects and initiatives. This role also works closely with the software development and product teams to build a scalable technology and process that will support and elevate the growth of Murj.
In this role, you should be comfortable working independently, and taking the initiative to identify and address work needed but not necessarily assigned.
What You’ll Do.

- You enjoy being the "translator" between deep-tech developers and clinical staff. You can explain a data mapping issue to a nurse as easily as you can discuss API endpoints with a dev.
- You understand that behind every HL7 message is a patient. You take pride in the accuracy of data because you know it impacts clinical decisions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where processes are being built as the company scales. You’re excited to help create the "Murj playbook."
What You Bring.
- 1-3 years healthcare integration experience.

- Experience working with interface engines.
- Familiarity with data formats from cardiac device manufacturers (e.g., Medtronic, Boston Scientific, Abbott, Biotronik).

- Days 31-60: You are leading the testing phase for new integrations, executing test plans with minimal supervision. You’ve identified at least one area for documentation improvement and have updated our internal knowledge base accordingly.
- Days 61-90: You are fully resolving complex integration support tickets and implementing new EHR integrations from start to finish. You have established strong working relationships with both the Murj team and external customer stakeholders.
Location and schedule.
This is a remote-friendly position; however, the role requires core working hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time to support our clinical customers and internal teams.
Travel expectations: 1-10%: Minimal to no travel; maybe a few meetings or events
