Position Overview
We're looking for a Travel Advisor to join our Sales team in Cairo, Egypt, supporting Momentum Ventures' sister company, FlightHub. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our customers' travel experiences while building strong relationships with both existing and new customers, providing expert guidance on flights, and ensuring every customer interaction is meaningful. We’re looking for sales-oriented individuals who are passionate about travel. If you embody our core values—Humble, Hungry, and Honest—we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences and offer tailored flight options.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering personalized travel recommendations.
  • Communicate the value of FlightHub’s offerings and services, assisting customers from initial inquiry to booking.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends and FlightHub’s flight deals.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally, assisting with booking inquiries, changes, and post-trip support.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience that prioritizes customer satisfaction.

What You Bring: 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the travel industry or a call center.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to connect with customers over the phone, building rapport and trust.
  • A genuine passion for travel and a commitment to helping customers find the best travel options.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations and itineraries is an asset.

* Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in New Cairo, Egypt.
