What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide personalized cruise recommendations tailored to each customer's preferences and needs.
- Effectively communicate the value of our cruise packages and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and cruise offerings.
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, changes, and post-trip support.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries promptly and professionally.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong English communication, both speaking and written.
- A working knowledge of French communication, both speaking and written is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A passion for travel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cruise destinations, itineraries, and cruise lines is an asset.
