Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Spanish Sales Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team at Momentum Solutions Egypt, representing the FlightHub division. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them book flights, accommodations, and travel packages tailored to their needs. If you are passionate about travel, possess excellent sales experience, and are fluent in Spanish, we would love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients by assisting with flight bookings, travel inquiries, and related services.
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills by upselling travel packages, special promotions, and additional services to clients.
  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable travel options to meet those needs.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team goals.

What You Bring: 

  • Fluent in Spanish & English (both written and spoken) – native or near-native proficiency.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in the travel or customer service industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and effectively present travel solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

* Please note this is a full-time on-site position, in New Cairo, Egypt.
