
AI Revenue Operations Manager

MX is looking for an AI Revenue Operations Manager. This role is responsible for embedding AI-powered tools and workflows across the go-to-market organization, including Revenue, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. This role focuses on improving productivity, enabling self-service data access, automating reporting, and delivering high-quality customer-facing assets. You will own AI systems, drive adoption, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals.
Job Duties

Identify, prioritize, and deploy high-impact AI use cases across GTM teams

Design and implement AI-powered workflows to improve productivity and reduce manual effort

Enable natural language access to CRM and BI data, improving self-service analytics

Build and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and visualization workflows

Create and scale AI-generated customer-facing deliverables (e.g., ROI models, business cases, account briefs, proposals)

Own and manage the AI technology stack, including LLM platforms, copilots, and integrations

Partner with RevOps, Business Systems, Security, and Legal to ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance

Develop and deliver training, documentation, and enablement programs to drive user adoption

Establish feedback loops and continuously improve AI tools, prompts, and workflows

Track and report on adoption, productivity gains, and revenue impact of AI initiatives
Job Requirements & Qualifications

6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or related roles

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Looker)

Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Experience managing cross-functional projects and driving adoption of new tools or processes

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
Preferred Qualifications

Experience deploying AI or automation solutions within go-to-market teams

Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms

Experience building self-service analytics or automated reporting solutions

Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices

Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology environments
