Product Marketing Manager

Do you enjoy creating go-to-market strategies for innovative technology products? The MyCarrier marketing team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will drive the understanding, awareness, adoption and expansion of the MyCarrier product. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to develop and maintain our overall go-to-market strategy, leveraging customer insights, competitive analysis, product positioning, naming, objectives, and metrics. You’ll collaborate closely with the entire go-to-market team, including product, sales, and marketing, to create new strategies and campaigns that deepen our customers’ connection with MyCarrier.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with:

  • Building and managing the go-to-market calendar to align with our Product Roadmap
  • Aligning value propositions to product launch tiers and audience impact
  • Conducting market research to create customer profiles, personas, and use cases
  • Using customer insights and other data to develop value propositions for new products
  • Training and enabling our sales, customer success, customer support, and partnership departments on how to position our products and features
  • Creating training, FAQs, content, and other deliverables as needed to educate on our products
  • Building product adoption and retention campaigns that drive user/revenue expansion
  • Measuring the Go-To-Market efforts and reporting on how they impact our overall business goals/metrics
  • Creating our monthly product communications for users, including but not limited to release notes and newsletter
  • Utilizing our in-app notification system, Pendo, for consistent messaging and audience education

  • An innovative, self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who is committed to driving success for both the marketing team and the overall business
  • A strong B2B product marketer with SMB, logistics, and software experience
  • Comfortable leveraging quantitative analytics skills to support data-informed decision making and reporting on marketing impact to revenue
  • Experienced with Hubspot Marketing, Pardot, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
