About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic, revenue-driving Executive Director, Brand Partnerships to lead growth across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. Reporting into the Vice President, Brand Partnerships, this senior individual contributor will develop and scale high-value, integrated partnerships with top marketers and agencies, driving multi-platform solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate brings deep media and branded content expertise, a consultative sales approach, and a strong track record of exceeding revenue goals. You are experienced in managing complex buying cycles, influencing senior stakeholders, and building executive-level relationships — particularly within tech and other enterprise categories. Experience within the West Coast market and agency landscape is preferred.

In this role, you will serve as a senior strategic partner to clients while owning pipeline development, revenue expansion, and long-term account growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a senior, trusted advisor to brand marketers and agency executives, aligning integrated solutions to enterprise business priorities, KPIs, and audience strategy.
  • Develop and lead a strategic account growth plan that drives significant net-new and expansion revenue across priority enterprise partners.
  • Own and drive the full sales lifecycle — from enterprise prospecting and executive presentations through negotiation, contracting, and long-term renewals.
  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly and annual revenue targets, with executive-level accountability for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and sustained growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with strategy, creative, marketing, and production leaders to architect high-impact, insight-led partnership programs.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities and expand long-term enterprise partnerships through renewals, upsells, and multi-year agreements.
  • Represent the company at senior-level industry engagements and key marketplace moments, strengthening brand presence and strategic positioning.
  • Provide market intelligence and revenue insights to inform broader sales strategy and leadership decision-making.

The Impact You’ll Make:

You will immerse yourself in our business, clients, and capabilities to quickly establish credibility and strategic alignment across internal teams and enterprise partners. By developing a deep understanding of our offerings and market positioning, you will identify meaningful growth opportunities within both existing and net-new accounts.

You will lead comprehensive account mapping across key enterprise partners, breaking down lines of business to uncover decision-makers, and revenue-driving entry points. Through disciplined agency coverage planning and proactive relationship development, you will convert insights into tangible, multi-platform opportunities that progress through the sales funnel.

This is a revenue-accountable role, with success measured by your ability to grow priority enterprise accounts and convert new opportunities into meaningful, closed business.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10+ years of successful sales experience in media, digital advertising, and branded content.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding annual revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in drafting and closing complex, integrated partnership agreements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and deliver high-impact presentations.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Boostr) and pipeline management best practices.
  • Deep passion for culture, community, and purpose-driven brand work.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally.
  • Be a leader and embrace our team’s core values: Culture First, Play Like a Team, Pave The Way, Care, and Think Big.

Compensation & Total Rewards:

At My Code, we believe that world-class culture is fueled by people who feel valued, empowered, and inspired. Our compensation philosophy goes beyond base salary; we’ve built a Total Rewards ecosystem that invests in your benefits, physical and mental well-being, and long-term career trajectory.

Base Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000. We take a data-driven approach to pay. This range represents the target base salary for a new hire in this role; however, the final offer will be determined by a holistic evaluation of your unique experience, specialized skill set, and internal parity across our existing team.

Variable Compensation: In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a commission structure tied to individual and company milestones.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
