About the Role:

My Code is seeking a highly motivated Associate Account Executive, Brand Partnerships (Sales) to help drive the continued growth of our media sales business. We are looking for someone with the curiosity, drive, and grit to build relationships, uncover opportunities, and actively contribute to revenue growth across agency and brand partners.

This role is ideal for a seller who understands the digital media landscape and is eager to roll up their sleeves, prospect, and develop new opportunities. You bring energy, initiative, and the confidence to dive in—someone with the gumption to open doors, build relationships, and turn conversations into revenue.

The Associate Account Executive will play an active role in prospecting, building pipeline, and developing strong media relationships for My Code. This role focuses on driving media sales with a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and marketplace solutions, including Private Marketplace (PMP) and Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) deals.

You are comfortable navigating the programmatic ecosystem, partnering with internal programmatic teams, and understanding how agencies and buyers evaluate inventory, audience, and performance when activating campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Directors and senior sellers in developing and advancing media and programmatic revenue opportunities, including private marketplace (PMP) and programmatic guaranteed (PG) deals.
  • Proactively prospect and identify new business opportunities across brands and agency partners through outreach, account mapping, and relationship building.
  • Assist in building media proposals, programmatic solutions, presentations, and RFP responses for agency and brand partners.
  • Help maintain and grow relationships with agency and brand contacts across direct media and programmatic buying teams.
  • Contribute to outreach efforts to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Partner with internal teams including Marketing, Ad Operations, and Programmatic to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and deliver strong performance.
  • Support pipeline development and tracking, maintaining accurate account updates and opportunity stages within CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, advertiser activity, and programmatic marketplace dynamics to identify emerging revenue opportunities.

The Impact You’ll Make:

You will play a key role in supporting revenue growth by helping identify opportunities, developing client-facing materials, and contributing to integrated media solutions that deliver value for our partners.

Success in this role means building strong relationships internally and externally, supporting pipeline development, and helping move opportunities forward across both direct media and programmatic channels.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital media, advertising, programmatic, or sales support roles.
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising, private marketplaces (PMP), or programmatic guaranteed deals preferred.
  • Understanding of the digital media and agency ecosystem.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems is a plus.
  • Deep passion for culture, community, and purpose-driven brand work.
  • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion both internally and externally.
  • Be a leader and embrace our team’s core values: Culture First, Play Like a Team, Pave The Way, Care, and Think Big.

Compensation & Total Rewards:

At My Code, we believe that world-class culture is fueled by people who feel valued, empowered, and inspired. Our compensation philosophy goes beyond base salary; we’ve built a Total Rewards ecosystem that invests in your benefits, physical and mental well-being, and long-term career trajectory.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000. We take a data-driven approach to pay. This range represents the target base salary for a new hire in this role; however, the final offer will be determined by a holistic evaluation of your unique experience, specialized skill set, and internal parity across our existing team.

Variable Compensation: In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a commission structure tied to individual and company milestones.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
