About the Role:

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst is a highly analytical, execution-focused role responsible for supporting sales effectiveness, forecast rigor, pipeline hygiene, and system administration across our revenue teams. Reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations & Planning, this individual will act as the core engine driving our day-to-day sales data tracking and platform workflows.

The ideal candidate is a data integrity champion who possesses deep, hands-on administration experience with Boostr, serving as the technical backbone of our sales pipeline and the primary builder of actionable business intelligence reports.

Responsibilities:

Boostr Platform Administration & Data Management (CRM/OMS)

  • Boostr System Ownership: Act as the internal super-user, daily administrator, and "go-to" technical expert for our integrated Boostr CRM and Order Management System (OMS).
  • Workflow Optimization: Maintain day-to-day revenue data tracking, system configuration, and data integrity workflows within Boostr; coordinate with IT to troubleshoot platform infrastructure.
  • Platform Efficiency: Manage technology platform tasks, build out fields, and implement data visualization dashboards to ensure a seamless technical transition from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Data Hygiene: Execute rigorous daily data hygiene audits, ensuring all sales stage data, contract entries, and account assignments are accurate and ready for finance and leadership.

Deal Tracking & Forecast Support

  • Sales Floor Integration: Partner closely with Regional Sales VPs as a dedicated operational resource to track real-time deal movement, verifying stage changes, budget fluctuations, and "Win/Loss" data within the CRM.
  • Forecasting Support: Pull, aggregate, and assemble daily pipeline reporting to support accurate, data-driven sales forecasting and inventory trend analysis.
  • Operational Setup: Execute the administrative setup of sales territories, target account allocations, and quota plans within the CRM as directed by sales leadership.

Analytics & Reporting Architecture

  • KPI Tracking: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales cycle length, conversion rates, and quota attainment.
  • Report Architecture: Translate complex data sets into highly accurate reports and operational dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Excel) that highlight pipeline realities and trend lines.
  • Inventory & Modeling Support: Assist in compiling data models to evaluate pricing changes, marketplace dynamics, and revenue yield optimization across available media inventory.

Cross-functional Support & Enablement

  • Cross-functional Alignment: Support data requests from marketing, product, and finance to help align sales metrics with broader company growth strategies.
  • Technical Onboarding: Train the sales team on Boostr platform best practices, proper deal entry protocols, and system tracking workflows.
  • Special Projects: Provide analytical support on cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency of the quote-to-cash lifecycle.

The Impact You’ll Make:

You will play a key role in optimizing the systems, processes, and operational workflows that power our revenue organization. As a trusted partner to sales leadership, finance, and revenue operations, you'll transform complex sales data into actionable insights, strengthen forecast accuracy, and drive the reporting and platform rigor needed to support smarter decision-making across the business.

Through your expertise in Boostr administration, pipeline management, and business intelligence reporting, you'll help create a scalable operational foundation that improves sales productivity, enhances visibility into revenue performance, and supports the company's continued growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of dedicated experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales financial analysis, specifically within the digital media or advertising industry.
  • Boostr Expertise (Required): Direct, hands-on administration experience with Boostr (CRM & OMS) is highly preferred; deep experience managing complex Salesforce workflows will also be evaluated if accompanied by quick platform adaptation.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, macros, VLOOKUPs/Index Match) and data visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Analytical Rigor: Strong capability in compiling raw system data, identifying trends, and ensuring perfect math across reports.
  • Communication & Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and solution-focused; able to explain technical system processes clearly to a non-technical sales team.
  • Values: An advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion who embraces our core values: Culture First, Play Like a Team, Pave The Way, Care, and Think Big.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
