We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Client Success Manager(CSM) to join our team in the advertising industry. As a key client-facing role, the CSM will serve as the strategic partner and main point of contact for our advertising clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our services and campaigns. You will be responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and growth through exceptional relationship management and execution oversight.

What you’ll be doing: 

Client Relationship Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients. Act as the primary contact to understand their business objectives and align our advertising solutions accordingly

Campaign Oversight:

    • Partner with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns. Monitor performance metrics and proactively address issues or optimize efforts

Onboarding & Training:

    • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, setting expectations and providing training or support as needed to ensure smooth adoption of services

Strategic Account Growth:

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on clients’ evolving needs. Collaborate with sales teams to pitch additional services that align with client goals

Performance Reporting & Analysis:

    • Deliver regular campaign performance reports and insights. Translate data into strategic recommendations that support continued success and ROI for the client

Client Advocacy:

    • Represent the voice of the client internally, ensuring their feedback is considered in product, service, and process development

Retention & Satisfaction:

    • Drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention by consistently delivering value and addressing client concerns with urgency and empathy

Qualifications to be successful in this role: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 6-8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or related roles in the advertising or marketing industry
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising products, including programmatic, social, display, video and native formats
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working at an advertising agency or media company
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, DSPs)
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Experience working with Fortune 500 clients or large-scale ad campaigns
  • Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and attribution models

What We Offer:

OTE range for this role is $125,000 - $160,000 (Base + Bonus)
