Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Lead will own the entire talent acquisition process across the organization — from workforce planning and sourcing through onboarding and integration. You’ll refine and optimize our systems, improve candidate engagement, and ensure MyFunded Futures remains competitive in a fast-moving market.
You’ll serve as both a strategic partner to leadership and a hands-on driver of recruiting execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end talent lifecycle: Lead all stages of recruitment, from workforce planning and sourcing through offer, onboarding, and new hire integration.
- Optimize tools and systems: Manage and enhance the ATS (Greenhouse) to improve efficiency, reporting, and candidate experience.
- Build high-quality pipelines: Proactively source and engage top talent for both technical and business functions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Develop talent strategies: Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs, define recruiting priorities, and align hiring plans with business growth.
- Enhance candidate experience: Create a high-touch, transparent process that keeps candidates informed and engaged from first interaction to onboarding.
- Benchmark compensation: Partner with Finance and People Ops to conduct compensation research, ensuring offers remain competitive and aligned with market trends.
- Drive data-driven hiring decisions: Analyze recruiting metrics, provide actionable insights, and continuously refine processes for scalability.
- Strengthen employer brand: Represent MyFunded Futures at events, online, and through strategic partnerships to attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. (preferred)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years leading or owning talent strategy.
- Proven success hiring across multiple disciplines (technical, finance, operations, marketing, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain candidate pipelines in competitive markets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience in high-growth, startup, or scaling environments is strongly preferred.
