Purpose of Role

We're seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the end-to-end design vision for the MyFundedFutures website, trader CRM, and broader product ecosystem. In this role, you will guide a small but growing design function—driving strategy, elevating design quality, and ensuring a cohesive, modern experience across all customer touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering leadership to shape how traders discover our services, navigate our platform, and interact with our tools daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the holistic design strategy for the MyFundedFutures website, trader CRM, and core product experiences
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of designers—providing clear direction, feedback, coaching, and professional development
  • Establish and enforce design standards, quality benchmarks, and processes that scale with the organization
  • Oversee the creation of end-to-end user experiences, guiding the design team through research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity execution
  • Build, evolve, and maintain a robust multi-product design system in Figma to ensure consistency across all digital surfaces
  • Partner with product, engineering, and marketing leadership to define requirements and translate business goals into thoughtful, user-centered solutions
  • Conduct or oversee user research, usability testing, and data-driven iteration to ensure design decisions are validated and impactful
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and performance-minded design across web and mobile interfaces
  • Provide creative direction for complex flows—checkout, onboarding, account management, dashboards, and trader-facing tools
  • Collaborate with marketing to elevate brand expression, support campaigns, and improve conversion funnels
  • Advocate for design culture within the organization, championing user empathy and design excellence

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of professional digital product design experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role
  • Demonstrated experience leading design teams and shaping product or brand design direction
  • Expert proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variants, and prototyping
  • Strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-quality product design with measurable impact and strategic thinking
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, UX best practices, and interaction design patterns
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional leadership
  • Strong visual design skills with mastery of typography, color, hierarchy, and contemporary UI trends
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution when needed

Nice to Have

  • Leadership experience within fintech, trading platforms, or data-intensive SaaS products
  • Familiarity with React, Material-UI, and component-driven development workflows
  • Background in research operations, experimentation, or data-informed decision making
  • Experience designing CRM systems, dashboards, or complex operational tools
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
  • Experience scaling design processes, hiring designers, or establishing design culture
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams on websites, funnels, and brand initiatives

How to Apply

Please submit your resume along with:

  • A portfolio or case studies showcasing leadership impact, design systems, and product design excellence
  • A brief cover letter explaining your approach to design leadership and why you're excited about fintech/trading
  • Links to any relevant design systems, style guides, or Figma community files (optional)

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
