Product Manager Lead

Location: Remote / Hybrid (North America)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager Lead to elevate product thinking, execution discipline, and customer-centricity across our trading ecosystem—including our futures prop business, trading platform, and introducing broker (IB).

This is not a domain expert role. Instead, we are looking for a world-class product practitioner—someone trained in modern product management (e.g., high-performing digital organizations)—who can coach, challenge, and uplevel a team of domain-heavy PMs.

You will own product quality, alongside product content—bringing structure, clarity, and velocity to teams that already understand the business deeply.

What You’ll Do

  1. Lead and Elevate Product Management
  • Manage and mentor a team of 2–3 Product Managers across:
    • Futures Prop Trading
    • Trading Platform (Fintevo)
    • Introducing Broker (IB)
  • Instill best-in-class product practices (problem definition, discovery, prioritization, validation)
  • Raise the bar on product thinking, not just delivery
  1. Drive Product Excellence (Craft > Coordination)
  • Ensure teams are solving the right problems, not just shipping features
  • Enforce rigorous:
    • Problem framing
    • Customer segmentation
    • Hypothesis-driven development
    • Outcome-based roadmapping
  • Move teams away from “feature factories” toward impact-driven product development
  1. Partner Deeply with Engineering & Design
  • Work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure:
    • Clear tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scalability
    • Tight execution loops (especially in high-pressure trading environments)
  • Champion a build-measure-learn culture, even in complex systems (trading, execution, payments)
  1. Create Clarity Across Complex Domains
  • Translate across:
    • Trading workflows (execution, margin, risk, market data)
    • Customer journeys (onboarding → funding → trading → scaling)
  • Help PMs simplify complexity into clear product narratives and priorities
  1. Establish Operating Rhythm
  • Own product rituals:
    • Weekly product reviews
    • Monthly planning cycles (if operating in sprint-based model)
    • Clear prioritization frameworks across teams
  • Bring consistency and accountability to product execution
  1. Influence Leadership
  • Act as a thought partner to the COO, and CEO
  • Push back when needed—grounded in data, customer insight, and product principles
  • Help leadership make better product decisions faster

What We’re Looking For

Core Product Leadership

  • 7–12+ years in product management, with experience leading PMs
  • Proven track record at high-performing digital product companies (e.g., Airbnb, Netflix, Stripe, Uber)
  • Deep understanding of modern product frameworks (Reforge-style thinking, growth loops, experimentation, etc.)

Product Craft (Non-Negotiable)

  • Exceptional at:
    • Problem definition
    • Customer insight generation
    • Prioritization under ambiguity
    • Driving measurable outcomes
  • Strong bias toward clarity and simplicity in complex environments

Leadership & Coaching

  • Experience managing and developing PMs with varying strengths
  • Ability to coach without taking over
  • Comfortable leading strong-willed, domain-heavy teams

Execution Strength

  • Can operate in high-velocity, imperfect environments
  • Comfortable balancing:
    • Tactical delivery needs
    • Strategic product direction

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in:
    • Trading platforms, brokerage, fintech, or prop trading
    • Market data, execution systems, or payments
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments (NFA, CFTC, etc.)

What Success Looks Like

  • PMs become sharper, more structured, and more outcome-driven
  • Product shifts from reactive execution → intentional strategy
  • Clear alignment across:
    • Prop business
    • Platform
    • IB strategy

We already have strong domain expertise. What we need is someone to bring product discipline and excellence—to turn a capable team into a high-performing product organization.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
