Senior Manager- Relationship Executive

 

Roles and Responsibilities

Marketplace team is responsible for driving the growth for unmanaged portfolio across business units comprising of Marketplace sellers through RE (Relationship Management) program.

 

As the Senior Manager, RE, the incumbent needs to manage a larger team of Account Managers & also a universe of marketplace sellers dealing with different categories.

  • Take ownership of the MOM revenue, AISP & TD target achievements.
  • Sales ops and marketing :
  1. To drive optimum visibility in order to achieve sales targets for the brands / product categories.
  2. Efficient discount strategy planning in order to ensure price parity across platforms & best conversion
  • Constantly monitor the factors influencing the revenue of the brands and take appropriate actions to improve the sales.
  • Analyze the monthly performance of the assigned sellers in terms of price points, discounting, marketing spends etc to achieve the desired STRs.
  • Factor in the qualitative & quantitative learning from last season & key trends & socialize these inputs with the sellers.
  • Relationship management with internal & external stakeholders.                                              

Qualifications & Experience

  • E Com experience of 5 to 6 years (of which at least 3 years has to be mandatorily in category management)
  • Strong MS Excel & power point skills.
  • Strong Business acumen skills.
  • Broader understanding of E commerce.
  • Good Interpersonal & negotiation skills.
  • Strong Vendor relationship management
  • Good Team management skills.
  • Ability to convince the internal & external stakeholders in the best efficient way possible.
  • Must work well in an unstructured work environment.
