Lead Associate - Campus Hiring

About the role:

We are seeking a passionate Campus  Partner to join our team and help us attract and hire the best campus talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our early-career programs and managing the complete campus lifecycle - organizing and leading on campus events, driving a strong and diverse candidate pipeline, branding, building relationships with internal stakeholders, and managing our flagship internship program.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead University Recruiting Strategy: Own the full recruiting lifecycle for both intern and new graduate positions across India. From job description development to sourcing, candidate evaluation, and successful conversion of interns, you will be responsible for executing a seamless and high-quality recruiting process.
  • Build Diverse Talent Pools: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build diverse and high-quality candidate pools. Leverage innovative approaches to reach top talent from a variety of universities and backgrounds.
  • Candidate Experience Excellence: Ensure a high-touch, positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through hiring process & post offer connect till onboarding.
  • University Relations & Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key university stakeholders, including career services, faculty, and student organizations. Serve as the main point of contact for partner universities and help execute campus engagement strategy.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including business leaders, total rewards, finance, and professional recruiting, to ensure alignment on recruiting goals and strategy.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in university recruiting. Experience in Tech or  Fashion institute recruiting in a fast paced setup.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to confidently present to both internal stakeholders and external university partners. 
  • Mentorship: Proven experience in coaching and mentoring junior recruiters, providing guidance, and collaborating with university recruiting leadership to drive program success. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel during peak recruiting times (e.g., campus events).
