Senior Manager - HR Systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking for a detail-oriented HR Systems Functional Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This position is responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR functionalities and be adept at analyzing data to enhance system performance and user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
    • Participate in HR system implementation projects, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide insights.
  • Configuration and Optimization:
    • Assist in the configuration and customization of HR systems to align with organizational needs.
    • Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
  • System Maintenance and Support:
    • Oversee the daily operations of HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
    •  Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT and external vendors as needed.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
    • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to support HR analytics and decision-making.
  • User Training and Support:
    • Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff on system functionalities and updates.
      o Act as a resource for HR team members regarding system usage and best practices.
  • Documentation:
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, policies, and procedures.
    • Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for HR team members.
  •  Invoicing and Budget Management:
    •  Manage invoicing processes related to HR systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Monitor and manage the budget for HR systems, including tracking expenses and forecasting future costs.
    • Oversee agreement management with vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with system implementation and project management.
  • Experience in HR systems administration or a related role.
  •  Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and reporting tools.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with HR tools such as Qualtrics, Amber, ATS, and LMS platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
