● Preparing AOP, as per overall Brand numbers.
 Managing all communication and relationship with the relevant key brands.
 Managing listing/cataloguing and go-live activities with the top brands.
 To keep a check and maintain TAT of go live date for all marketplace brands.
 To monitor inventory, price points live across top brands.
 Should maintain tracker to achieve weekly targets.
 To formulate and suggest discounting strategies to the brands.
 Should be able to give on platform merchandising input
 Building brand strategy and execution plan
 To propose marketing budgets based on overall GMV/NGMV


Buying, Inventory

 Should keep a track of best sellers and formulate replenishment plan for the same.
 To monitor worst sellers and advise liquidation strategy.
 Should advice on SMU, if required.
 At any given point, healthy inventory should be available.


Operations and Account Reconciliation

 Sort out seller pay-out and cataloguing related issue
 RTVs – Slow moving or non-live inventory
