Job Title: Associate Lead - Agency Ads Revenue

Location: Bangalore

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Lead to oversee and drive the advertising revenue for our agency partnerships. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, optimizing ad campaigns, and ensuring revenue growth through innovative strategies and hands-on management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital advertising, have experience in managing agency partnerships, and be committed to achieving both short-term and long-term revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Manage partnership with agency
  • Lead and manage relationships with key agency to ensure successful ad campaign strategies and execution.
  • Collaborate with agency to develop high-impact advertising strategies and monitor their execution to meet KPIs, improve ROI, and optimize ad performance across multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Drive growth in ad revenue by identifying opportunities to scale existing campaigns, upsell new services, and expand relationships within the agency network.
  • Provide detailed reporting on ad performance, revenue generation, and campaign outcomes. Continuously analyze metrics to refine strategies and achieve optimal results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within agencies to ensure long-term partnerships and mutual success.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members, providing direction and ensuring the efficient execution of tasks related to campaign management and optimization.

 

  1. Service & sell Myntra Ads to critical brands
  • Own & Manage day to day operations and servicing for the partner brands within assigned BUs.
  • Work with brands and with the brand sales team to initiate and execute the monthly monetization media plans.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 3-5 years of experience in digital advertising with a focus on agency management and revenue generation.
    • Past experience in team management
  • Skills:
    • knowledge of digital ad platforms
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns for performance and revenue growth.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders within agencies and internal teams.
  • Education:
    • Preferably B.Tech or MBA for a renowned college
  • Additional Attributes:
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
