Senior Manager- Influencer Marketing
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Social Media and Influencer Marketing professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven social media and influencer marketing strategies that enhance Myntra's brand presence, engage our community, and drive traffic and sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing social media channels, influencer partnerships, and content creation, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategy aligned with Myntra’s brand objectives, utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify key trends, insights, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing to keep Myntra at the forefront of the industry, with a focus on emerging analytical tools and techniques.
- Social Media Management:
- Oversee the management of all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and high engagement levels including content calendars and community engagement
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to promote new product launches, sales, and other marketing initiatives, tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media channels and campaigns, using insights to optimize future efforts and improve ROI.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, bloggers, and brand ambassadors, leveraging data to identify high-performing influencers and track the impact of influencer campaigns.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales, with a focus on measurable results.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring they align with budget and brand guidelines.
- Content Creation:
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams both internally and external to produce engaging and high-quality content for social media and influencer campaigns, informed by audience insights and data-driven content strategies.
- Ensure all content aligns with Myntra’s FWD brand voice, aesthetic, and values.
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work:
- Work closely with other departments, including Category, Corporate communications, product, and customer service, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a demonstrated focus on data analysis and reporting. Experience of working with GenZ first brands preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing social media channels and influencer partnerships for a major brand, with clear examples of data-driven results.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, as well as social media analytics tools and platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
