Lead Associate - Marketing Analytics

Myntra is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Program Manager to support initiatives
aimed at enhancing Delivery Speed and Customer Experience (CX). This role is ideal for someone
with around three - four years of work experience in project management and a passion for driving
improvements. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver, eager to collaborate
with teams and stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve delivery speed and customer
experience.
● Contribute to identifying and executing high-impact projects with innovative
solutions.
● Analyze data and feedback to help inform project decisions and actions.
● Help create and maintain project documentation, including charters and scorecards.
● Support communication with stakeholders across various business units on project updates and
changes.
● Program manage new initiatives such as hyperlocal and quick delivery.

Essential Skills and Experience: 
● Around 3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
● Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams.
● Proficiency in Excel and SQL.
● Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive improvements.
● Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

Experience with data analysis tools and basic programming languages like Ror Python is a plus.
