You are an experienced infrastructure professional with 7-10 years of expertise in infrastructure engineering, data center operations, and project estimation. You have:

  • A deep understanding of network infrastructure, sophisticated cabling systems, including copper, fiber optic, and wireless infrastructures, tailored to meet client-specific needs.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in solution design, technical documentation, and time management.
  • A passion for delivering innovative infrastructure solutions that align with business goals.

About the Role

As a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Architect at Myriad360, you will design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge networking and infrastructure solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, you’ll develop detailed cabling designs, conduct site evaluations, and lead solution architecture efforts. Additionally, you will mentor team members, create statements of work (SOWs), and drive innovation in cabling and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Develop scalable, detailed architecture and Methods of Procedure (MOPs) for seamless project execution.
  • Create comprehensive client proposals, SOWs, and pricing estimates while aligning resources for each job.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

  • Work closely with the Field Services team on project planning and execution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business and IT objectives.
  • Lead client discovery sessions, assess infrastructure environments, and design value-driven solutions.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong client relationships.

 Sales & Technical Enablement

  • Support sales teams by providing technical expertise for proposals, BOMs, and RFP responses.
  • Assist in internal sales enablement, including POC/POV development and solution demonstrations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, with a focus on optimization and automation.
  • Deliver innovative and reliable solutions that enhance the client experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in data center services, technical project leadership, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Expertise in Layer 1 networking and cable management.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Strong ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to design and present solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and operate across diverse locations.
  • Understanding of services engagement, 3rd party subcontractor processes, and cost structures.
  • Familiarity with project accounting and administration.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% for project scoping and client engagements.

Travel: Up to 60%

Compensation

In accordance with the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is 130,000 to 140,000 plus potential for bonus and/or commission programs. Compensation outside of New York City may vary.
