About The Role 

As a Cybersecurity Solutions Architect at Myriad360, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing advanced cybersecurity solutions that leverage industry-leading technologies. You will serve as a key strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, providing thought leadership and guidance to address immediate security challenges while aligning with long-term business objectives. 

Candidates must reside in the United States and be located in Texas. This is a remote position with the expectation of up to 40% travel, including occasional multi-day trips, to meet with clients, partners, and attend events.

 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Architecture & Design: Develop comprehensive, scalable cybersecurity architectures that address complex security challenges, focusing on solutions such as Zero Trust, secure access, and advanced threat protection. 
  • Thought Leadership: Lead initiatives to establish best practices and innovative approaches to cybersecurity, influencing organizational strategy and client engagement. 
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed client proposals, architectural diagrams, and statements of work, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory compliance. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align security strategies with overall business objectives and IT frameworks. 
  • Sales Support: Provide high-level technical support to sales teams by creating strategic proposals, BOMs, technical narratives, and participating in client presentations and RFP responses. 
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, assess complex client environments, and present tailored, high-value solutions that meet their unique security needs. 

 

This Role Is Accountable For:  

  • Understanding client business needs through effective communication and relationship management, partnering with Account Executives to deliver comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. 
  • Identifying emerging trends and shaping client understanding of market dynamics, advanced technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity. 
  • Leading the development of enablement resources for stakeholders, guiding them in vendor selection and strategic decision-making. 
  • Overseeing solution development efforts, including BOMs, product evaluations, solution narratives, and high-level architectures. 
  • Providing strategic guidance across the cybersecurity landscape, ensuring an integrated approach to design and implementation. 
  • Continuously advancing knowledge of emerging cybersecurity technologies and frameworks, focusing on proactive risk management and compliance. 
  • Delivering exceptional client experiences by providing innovative, reliable, and effective cybersecurity solutions that address their most pressing challenges. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on architecture, engineering, and strategy across diverse environments. 
  •  Extensive experience with security technologies from leading vendors (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SentinelOne, Crowdstrike, Sumo logic); advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent is highly preferred. 
  •  Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies, including NIST, ISO 27001, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework, with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance requirements. 
  •  Proven ability to facilitate high-level discussions, drive consensus among stakeholders, and lead collaborative security solutions across various teams. 
  •  Strong aptitude for engaging with leaders and key stakeholders to understand security needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic risk mitigation. 
  •  Significant experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity best practices and customer satisfaction. 
  •  Exceptional time management and project management skills, with a track record of managing large-scale security projects and delivering results within defined timelines. 
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create and present high-quality technical documentation, security policies, and architectural diagrams. 
  •  Strong technical understanding of cybersecurity, combined with advanced knowledge in at least one other area such as cloud security, network security, or application security, with a focus on strategic integration. 
  •  In-depth familiarity with threat modeling, incident response, and security monitoring solutions that drive the design of secure systems. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of multi-vendor security environments, with a demonstrated ability to architect solutions that address complex integration and compliance challenges. 
  • Advanced understanding of security management tools and technologies, EDR, XDR, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint protection, with a focus on automation and orchestration. 
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and security awareness training, ensuring adherence to company policies and best practices. 
  • Willingness to take on additional leadership responsibilities and mentor other team members as needed.

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the salary range in New York City for this position is $200,000- $240,000 OTE, (base salary plus bonus and/or commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
