About The Role

As a Senior Technical Project Lead (Sr. TPL) at Myriad360, you’ll lead some of our most complex and high-impact client projects, providing both technical leadership and strategic oversight. You’ll define project strategies, set implementation standards, and lead cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles—from concept to closeout.

Beyond project delivery, you’ll play a key role in developing best practices, mentoring other Technical Project Leads, and shaping Myriad360’s approach to technical excellence. You’ll serve as a subject matter expert in data center architecture, network infrastructure, and structured cabling, ensuring every solution meets the highest standards of performance, safety, and scalability.

You’ll operate in a hybrid capacity (40% remote, 60% onsite), often serving as the senior representative in client-facing settings. Your work will directly influence Myriad360’s reputation for technical precision, reliability, and client partnership.

 

Travel up to 80% required based on project and client requirements with possibility of international travel (active passport required). Must be based in the United States and available evening hours and weekends.

 

Other responsibilities include: 

  • Develop and design installation and testing procedures and processes to meet Client technical project requirements
  • Provide project documentation and Methods of Procedure (MOP) for onsite and remote technical teams to follow and manage against
  • Develop deep technical subject matter expertise with specific Clients to ensure superior technical project management and strengthen the trust and loyalty between Myriad360 and our Clients
  • Communicate with clients to maintain existing relationships and meet project goals and needs
  • Mentor, teach and manage internal Myriad360 resources and teams to successful project outcomes
  • Develop a remote work culture to maximize data center upgrade project timelines, requirements, and service windows
  • Work alongside members of the Project Management team and other service team members to engage, manage and communicate with Subcontractors
  • Escalate risks appropriately and support remediation efforts 
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned 

 

Desired skills and experience: 

  • 15+ years data center services background and technical project leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of services engagement and 3rd party subcontractor process, pricing, and communications
  • Ability to learn new technologies and solutions and communicate them to Clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and remotely in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to multi-task across numerous jobs, locations, and responsibilities
  • Excellent management and project communications skills
  • Knowledge of project accounting and administration
  • Strong networking technical skill set
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • BICSI Certification a plus
  • OSHA-30 Certification a plus
  • Relevant Panduit Certifications a plus
  • Cisco CCNA/CCNP and other certifications a plus

 

Contract Type: 3-month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to full time based on performance.

Compensation: Up to $120/hour on 1099 with possible overtime (overtime rate is 1.5 times the hourly rate).

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $208,000- $249,600. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
