Senior Director, Growth Marketing (Remote)

Remote

Who You Are

You are a marketing leader who loves building from the ground up and bringing strategy to life through thoughtful, disciplined execution. You are energized by shaping how growth is delivered across digital programs, campaigns, and account-based initiatives—and by working alongside smart, collaborative teams to turn ideas into impact.

You bring a strong marketing foundation with the sales acumen needed to align closely to go-to-market priorities. You understand how demand is created over time and how early momentum—built through digital presence, targeted campaigns, and consistent messaging—sets Sales up for more productive, higher-quality conversations.

You thrive in highly collaborative environments and enjoy working across disciplines, partnering closely with Sales, Engineering, Strategic Alliances, and Marketing to ensure programs are grounded in real market needs and technical realities. You are comfortable leading teams, setting direction, and rolling up your sleeves when needed.

You are excited by the opportunity to shape a growth engine that scales—one that balances near-term acceleration with long-term impact, and that evolves as the business grows.

About The Role

The Senior Director of Growth Marketing is responsible for building and scaling Myriad360’s growth engine across digital strategy, corporate campaigns, and account-based growth.

This role sits at the front of the go-to-market flywheel—creating momentum through targeted campaigns, digital programs, and audience engagement that support opportunity acceleration and net-new logo acquisition. By the time prospects engage with Sales, they should already recognize Myriad360, understand our value, and be primed for meaningful conversations.

You will unify digital execution, campaign strategy, and growth activation under a single growth mandate, shaping how marketing shows up across the business and how growth is delivered at scale. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Strategic Alliances, Field & Partner Marketing, and Corporate Marketing, this leader ensures campaigns are aligned to real market opportunities while maintaining a strong marketing foundation that fuels both short-term results and long-term growth.

This role shapes how growth is built, delivered, and scaled at Myriad360 - working alongside exceptional teams to create a durable growth engine that fuels the business today and into the future.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
