About The Role

As a Partner Marketing Manager at Myriad360, you’ll be a foundational member of our newly established Partner Marketing function. Reporting directly to the Head of Partner Marketing, you will execute co-marketing programs with our top-tier technology partners across cybersecurity, networking, cloud, AI, and XaaS. This role will focus heavily on managing market development funds (MDF), overseeing campaign execution, supporting incentive and rebate programs, and aligning marketing initiatives with revenue goals. You’ll be a key driver of programs that elevate Myriad360’s presence and pipeline across our strategic partner ecosystem. 

Candidates must be based in the United States and able to travel up to 40% as required.

 

Other responsibilities include: 

MDF & Incentive Program Management 

  • Own the end-to-end MDF lifecycle, including proposal development, submission, execution, proof of performance, and reimbursement
  • Maximize available partner funding and ensure timely, accurate MDF utilization with measurable ROI
  • Manage partner portals and documentation associated with MDF, SPIFFs, and rebate programs
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Alliances to oversee and report on incentive programs including SPIFFs and performance-based rebates
  • Support the strategic planning and implementation of incentive-driven campaigns tied to sales and marketing initiatives

Partner Campaign Execution 

  • Build and launch co-branded campaigns that include but are not limited to; digital advertising, events, content syndication, and solution-based messaging
  • Collaborate with partner and internal teams to create compelling joint value propositions and marketing collateral
  • Maintain a clear calendar of partner campaigns, coordinating deliverables and timelines across internal functions

Cross-Functional Integration 

  • Work closely with Strategic Alliances, Sales, and Engineering to ensure marketing strategies directly support partnership and revenue objectives
  • Align with demand generation and brand marketing teams to ensure partner programs are integrated across channels and maintain Myriad360 brand integrity
  • Support sales enablement with the creation and distribution of co-branded materials and tools

Reporting & Analysis 

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead conversion, MDF ROI, and incentive program impact using standardized dashboards
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) by presenting marketing contributions, program effectiveness, and optimization opportunities

Process, Tools & Governance 

  • Utilize and optimize partner portals, MDF tracking systems, and marketing templates/playbooks
  • Ensure partner compliance with co-branding, messaging, and legal requirements in all external-facing materials
  • Act as a trusted resource for sales and alliance stakeholders navigating the rules, timelines, and opportunities across MDF, rebate, and SPIFF programs
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned 

Desired skills and experience: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 2 years in a partner, channel, or alliance marketing capacity 
  • Demonstrated success in MDF and incentive program management, including SPIFFs and rebate support 
  • Experience working with technology partners across cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or XaaS 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 
  • Experience in or with solution providers, systems integrators, or service providers strongly preferred 

Tools for Success: 

  • Core Tools: Excel (advanced proficiency), PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce 
  • Marketing Platforms: HubSpot, CVENT, Monday.com, Jira 
  • Partner Systems: Familiarity with MDF portals and partner program platforms (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, Dell, HPE, etc.) 
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage concurrent initiatives, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the compensation range for this position is $110,000-$120,000 OTE (total compensation inclusive of base salary and bonus/commission). Compensation in other geographies may vary.
