Who You Are

You are an ideal candidate with strong experience in pre‑sales technical discovery, data center and infrastructure solutioning, structured cabling, cloud and hybrid environments, vendor coordination, and technical documentation. You are detail‑oriented, highly communicative, and process‑driven, with the ability to manage multiple active cases through Myriad360’s internal workflow—from case assignment through client review, PMO review, TCS handoff, and client sign‑off.

About The Role

Myriad360 is seeking a Solutions Development Architect to support the design, scoping, documentation, and proposal development of client-facing technology solutions. This role works closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, engineering teams, PMO, TCS, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to translate business and technical requirements into accurate, executable Statements of Work, labor estimates, and solution proposals.

Other responsibilities include:

Pre-Sales Discovery and Solution Development

  • Lead or support technical discovery sessions with clients, Account Executives, and internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, site details, business objectives, constraints, risks, and desired outcomes
  • Review assigned Salesforce cases promptly and determine whether sufficient information exists to begin solution development
  • Identify and request missing information such as site address, scoping details, regular-hours or after-hours requirements, rack elevations, floor plans, security protocols, lift or ladder requirements, and other project-specific documentation
  • Develop scalable and practical infrastructure solutions across data center, network, structured cabling, cloud, hybrid, AV, security, collaboration, and related technology environments
  • Align proposed solutions with client goals, delivery feasibility, cost expectations, project timelines, and Myriad360 standards

SOW, LC, and Proposal Development

  • Create, refine, and maintain Statements of Work, including in-scope items, out-of-scope items, deliverables, assumptions, acceptance criteria, project phases, and dependencies
  • Generate labor calculators and SOW drafts using Myriad360’s SOW Automation Tool
  • Validate labor, subcontractor, material, and project management cost inputs for accuracy
  • Incorporate vendor and subcontractor quotes into the solution package as needed
  • Review automated SOW output for clarity, completeness, risk, pricing accuracy, and alignment with client requirements
  • Produce polished draft and final SOW documents suitable for client review and internal approval
  • Ensure SOWs are version-controlled, properly watermarked when in draft form, and saved in the correct client folder

Case Management and Internal Workflow

  • Manage assigned cases through the Salesforce workflow, including Solution Development, Client Review, SP Creation, Practice Review, PMO Review, Handoff to TCS, and Client Sign-Off
  • Provide clear daily Salesforce updates and tag the appropriate Account Executive or internal stakeholder
  • Update case status accurately as work progresses
  • Validate that all linked documents, SOWs, labor calculators, subcontractor quotes, and supporting files are properly attached or referenced
  • Create or verify Slack channels from Salesforce for project-specific communication
  • Coordinate peer reviews with Technology Project Leads, Solutions Development Architects, or other technical reviewers
  • Respond promptly to PMO or TCS feedback and make required updates to the case, LC, or SOW

Documentation and SharePoint Management

  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, PMO, TCS, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to confirm solution feasibility, pricing, resource needs, risks, and delivery assumptions
  • Upload and manage all project-related documentation, including RFPs, RFQs, drawings, photos, client-provided documentation, material quotes, subcontractor quotes, drafts, proposals, and final deliverables
  • Produce or support technical diagrams, rack elevations, cabling layouts, architecture diagrams, BoMs, LOEs, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain consistency in documentation format, tone, quality, and naming standards

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, PMO, TCS, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to confirm solution feasibility, pricing, resource needs, risks, and delivery assumptions
  • Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and technical proposal development
  • Communicate project risks, open questions, assumptions, and blockers clearly and professionally
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication across active cases, especially when scope, pricing, or delivery assumptions change
  • Participate in team syncs and contribute process improvements, lessons learned, and solutioning best practices
  • Complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies to the requirements section
  • Identify and escalate security risks to the appropriate Executive Leadership Team member and actively contribute to remediation efforts
  • Other duties as assigned

Required skills and experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, infrastructure engineering, technical project management, or related technology roles
  • Strong experience developing SOWs, technical proposals, labor estimates, BoMs, LOEs, or project scoping documentation
  • Hands-on knowledge of data center infrastructure, structured cabling, rack/stack, network infrastructure, power/cooling considerations, migrations, refreshes, or site readiness
  • Experience working with sales, engineering, PMO, vendors, subcontractors, and client stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation such as floor plans, rack elevations, network diagrams, cabling plans, client requirements, and vendor quotes
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, client-ready technical documentation
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/case management systems
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Slack, and collaboration tools

Desired skills and experience:

  • Experience with cloud or hybrid infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware, storage, backup, disaster recovery, or modernization projects
  • Experience with AV, collaboration, VoIP, DAS, CBRS, IoT, security, or smart building infrastructure
  • Experience supporting enterprise, healthcare, financial services, or mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with RFP/RFI/RFQ response processes
  • BICSI, RCDD, PMP, CSM, AWS, VMware, Microsoft, or related technical certifications

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
