About The Role

This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing and executing visual assets that support marketing, sales, events, internal communications, and brand initiatives. Working closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams, you will help bring ideas to life through thoughtful, strategic design that enhances the Myriad360 brand.

You will create and maintain a wide variety of digital and print materials while ensuring consistency across all visual communications. This role requires strong design fundamentals, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.

This role directly impacts brand perception, marketing effectiveness, sales enablement, and customer engagement through the creation of compelling visual experiences that support company growth.

Other responsibilities include: 

Design Execution & Production

  • Execute high-quality design work across digital and print channels based on established creative direction
  • Produce a wide range of assets including presentations, marketing collateral, social media graphics, advertisements, and event materials
  • Ensure all deliverables are visually consistent, on-brand, and production-ready
  • Prepare final files for print production and digital distribution
  • Maintain high standards of design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail

Brand Support & Consistency

  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all internal and external communications
  • Support the continued evolution and refinement of the company’s visual identity
  • Maintain consistency across typography, color palettes, imagery, layouts, and overall design systems
  • Update and maintain branded templates, design libraries, and shared creative assets
  • Ensure visual communications accurately reflect company messaging and brand standards

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Partner closely with marketing, content, sales, and cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions
  • Take direction from the Creative Director and iterate quickly based on feedback
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements
  • Communicate proactively regarding timelines, priorities, project status, and resource needs
  • Contribute to efficient creative workflows and project management processes

Creative Contribution

  • Contribute creative ideas and design solutions within established brand frameworks
  • Stay current with design trends, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Bring a strategic, problem-solving mindset to creative challenges
  • Identify opportunities to improve visual communication and user engagement across channels

Desired skills and experience: 

  • 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in layout, typography, branding, and visual design
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience designing for both digital and print environments
  • Strong understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in a B2B, technology, or professional services environment preferred
  • Experience designing presentations and executive-level PowerPoint decks preferred

Technical Skills (Preferred)

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint presentation design
  • Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
  • Digital and print production workflows
  • Brand identity and design systems
  • Social media and digital marketing asset creation
  • Basic motion graphics or animation skills
  • Website design and visual content creation

Must be based in the United States.  

Pursuant to the NYC Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range in New York City for this position is $35-40 per hour. Compensation in other geographies may vary.
