We're seeking a Monetization Operations Manager to join our growing Product team full time. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team where you will be focused on leveling up the operational foundation that powers the MyPrize product machine and drives repeatable and measurable growth.

The Role:

As Monetization Operations Manager at MyPrize, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of in-game monetization and product initiatives through the game’s Admin Tool. Working closely with Monetization & LiveOps, Product, and Engineering, you’ll coordinate campaign and pricing setup, promotions, feature launches, events, and live test, ensuring accurate execution, consistent monitoring, and a fast response when issues arise.

What you will do at MyPrize:

• In-Game Monetization Operations: Own the operational setup of in-game monetization, liveops and product initiatives in the Admin Tool, including promotions, feature controls, pricing configurations, and audience segmentation.
• Promotions, Events & Experiments: Coordinate the launch and ongoing operation of promotions, events, and live tests, ensuring each one runs smoothly.
• AI-Enabled Workflows: Apply AI-powered tools in your day-to-day work to streamline execution, improve quality, and uncover new opportunities for innovation.
• Campaign Configuration: Build and maintain campaigns in the Admin Tool, including the management of assets and pricing configurations.
• Feature & Event Controls: Activate and deactivate game features and events in the Admin Tool based on approved plans and schedules.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Monetization & LiveOps, Product, and Engineering teams to support reliable execution.
• Configuration Validation: Independently test and validate campaign configurations, confirming they function correctly in the live environment.
• Daily Test Monitoring: Review active tests each day, identify irregularities, and escalate findings when needed.
• Production Incident Response: Respond to live production issues as they occur, remaining composed under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
• Urgent Issue Coverage: Remain available to assist with urgent operational issues outside standard working hours when necessary.

What you bring to MyPrize:

• Experience in an operationally focused technical role, such as Operations, CRM, Technical Support, Systems Configuration, or Technical Project Management.
• Exceptional attention to detail, paired with a reliable and organized approach and the ability to learn multiple systems quickly.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and a practical, solutions-oriented approach to solving problems.
• Comfort adopting AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and the quality of your work.
