Relationship Team Manager, Creator & VIP

Miami, Florida

MyPrize is the fastest growing free-to-play social gaming and social markets platform in the world,  redefining how people play, watch, and connect with one another and with gaming and markets online.  Powered by MyPrize's proprietary AI personalization engine, we combine the best of online gaming,  live streaming, and social markets, with institutional-grade security.

We're seeking a Relationship Team Manager, Creator & VIP to join our growing team full time. You'll  lead the Team Leads who run both sides of the MyPrize relationship engine: the creators and  streamers who bring audiences to the platform, and the VIP players those audiences become.

The Role:

This is a manager-of-managers role. Your Creator Management and VIP Management Team Leads  own their own groups of Creator Managers and VIP Account Managers, each responsible for the  retention, engagement, and monetization of a dedicated base. You are accountable for their combined  production and revenue, for the quality of the leaders running them, and for the standards and  processes both sides operate to.

You'll work directly with the founders and leadership team, cross-functionally across Marketing,  Product, Operations, and Finance, and will personally own MyPrize's most strategic creator, game  provider, and brand relationships.

What you will do at MyPrize:

  • Lead the Team Leads: Set goals, cadence, and standards for your Creator and VIP Team  Leads. Coach them on how to coach, run structured one-to-ones and performance reviews, and hold the bar on hiring, onboarding, and ramp across both groups.
  • Own the Revenue Number: Carry the combined creator and VIP revenue goal. Review  dashboards and reports to know where each team, lead, and individual stands, and step in with  a plan before a gap becomes a quarter.
  • Deploy Resources Against Data: Read the data to direct your teams' time, incentives, and  reinvestment budget into targeted pockets of opportunity, whether a softening creator segment,  a lapsing VIP cohort, or an underperforming room.
  • Creator Portfolio Growth: Through your Creator team, grow the live-streaming portfolio:  source and close net new creators, expand content output and streaming frequency, and retain  and grow existing creators through better schedules, incentives, and revenue opportunities.
  • VIP Value Growth: Through your VIP team, drive retention, engagement, and monetization  across dedicated player bases with disciplined coverage models, contact cadences, and  reinvestment decisions that hold up to scrutiny.
  • Partnerships & Commercial Negotiation: Own day-to-day game provider and aggregator  relationships. Negotiate promotions, exclusive content, and commercial terms, and coordinate  swift launches of new game studios across internal teams and external partners.
  • Process, Systems & CRM: Build the scalable systems both teams run on, share best practice  across Team Managers, and keep the creator, partnership, and VIP CRM accurate at every  stage of the pipeline.
  • Reporting & Market Intelligence: Deliver structured reporting and insight to leadership, and  stay on the pulse of creators, streaming, social commerce, prediction markets, and competitor  creator and VIP programs across US and international markets.

What you bring to MyPrize:

  • 5+ years in creator management, VIP or account management, partnerships, or business  development within high-growth consumer technology or gaming, including experience  managing managers or team leads.
  • Proven track record leading high-productivity outbound, account management, or customer facing teams to revenue and productivity targets.
  • Excellent coaching and communication skills, with the ability to develop leaders, not just  individual contributors.
  • Strong quantitative skills: comfortable evaluating commercial terms, creator economics, revenue share structures, reinvestment rates, and partnership profitability.
  • Ability to read data trends, build processes from them, and deploy resources against the  opportunities they reveal.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience negotiating promotions, revenue share  agreements, and strategic collaborations.
  • AI fluent, using modern AI tools and LLM driven workflows to improve productivity, research,  outreach, organization, and operational execution.
  • Ability to operate with urgency and precision in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment,  managing multiple concurrent priorities without compromising quality.
  • Genuine passion for gaming and a willingness to become the in-house expert on your teams'  products.

Gold Stars:

  • Experience in free-to-play gaming, streaming, daily fantasy sports, or social casino industries. ● Existing relationships with live-streaming creators, game studios, aggregators, or influencer  agencies.
  • Experience building a creator or VIP function from an early stage rather than inheriting a mature one.

Benefits and Perks:

  • Remote-first company with hybrid offices in NYC & Miami
  • Equity
  • 401K
  • Comprehensive insurance plans: Health, Dental, and Vision
  • Flexible Spending Account
  • Flexible Vacation Policy

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
