Revenue Operations Analyst
*this role is open to remote working within the UK. Successful candidates will be required to travel to their closest UNiDAYS campus (London or Nottingham) on occasion.
The role in a nutshell
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially-minded Revenue Operations Analyst to help drive smarter pricing, improve partner offers, and deliver actionable insights for the Commercial team. You will work closely with New Business, Commercial, Marketing, and Partner Operations to identify opportunities to grow and retain revenue and optimise commercial performance through rigorous analysis and strategic reporting. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data. Day to day responsibilities
Pricing & Yield Optimisation
- Conduct monthly reviews of pricing and discounting levels.
- Propose changes to rate cards and pricing strategy with clear Commercial rationale.
- Collaborate with Marketing to recommend pricing for new media products/packages.
Conversion & Performance Monitoring
- Daily review of partner performance reports to identify unexpected changes
- Proactive management of open tracking investigations to ensure focus and momentum to resolve is upheld
Commercial Performance KPI Reporting
- Define, measure and track key commercial performance metrics such as win rate, churn rate, and reinvestment rate.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau to report on KPIs over time.
- Present insights to Commercial Leadership to help optimise team effectiveness and partner strategies.
Offer Competitiveness & Analysis
- Own competitor analysis, identifying deteriorations in offer strength (e.g., going from “match” to “worse than” competitors).
- Link partner performance trends to offer strength to spot opportunities for negotiation.
- Share weekly offer insights with Account Managers and Commercial leaders.
- Support Commercial team in building compelling negotiation arguments for improved offers.
Desired Outcomes
- Drive incremental commission revenue through better offer insights and pricing strategies.
- Improve revenue retention by identifying and resolving partner tracking issues early.
- Maximise yield from sold media inventory through smarter pricing decisions.
- Enhance member experience with more competitive and relevant partner offers.
- Improve Commercial team performance through focused KPI measurement and insights.
What we need from you
Data Analysis: Strong ability to interpret performance data and identify actionable insights.
Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with Commercial, Marketing, and Operational teams.
Pricing & Yield Analysis: Understanding of rate card development, discounting strategy, and pricing optimisation.
Dashboard Creation: Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and Tableau dashboard design.
