About The Role

The Franchise Contracts Specialist role is responsible for ensuring all franchise-related paperwork is accurately prepared, tracked, and stored in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role works closely with new and existing franchisees, internal teams, and legal counsel to facilitate paperwork processing, maintain accurate records, and support franchise recruitment.

This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The salary range is $45,000 to $48,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement. 

The Role in Action

  • Ensure all franchise-related paperwork is prepared and tracked accurately, sent promptly, and stored securely.
  • Verify entity information and prepare W-9s for new and existing franchisees.
  • Maintain Seller Disclosures.
  • Track company-owned and franchised outlets, compiling such data for disclosure in Item 20, and coordinate with legal counsel regarding franchise-related paperwork deployment and blackout periods.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in franchise paperwork, administration, and document management.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating with new and existing franchisees and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
  • Familiarity with franchise operations and disclosure regulations.
