About The Role

If so, you could be a good fit to lead the Sales department of our Bridge team as Sales Development Representative Manager.
You’ll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and growing our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and empowering them to generate qualified leads, book meetings, and drive the expansion of our sales pipeline. In close collaboration with Sales leadership, you’ll develop scalable processes and uphold high-performance standards across the team.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The salary range is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Manage, coach, and develop an existing team of SDRs to consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting goals.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the SDR function, including but not limited to, call quality, productivity, and CRM activity.
- Conduct weekly one-on-ones, annual performance evaluations, and team meetings to ensure alignment and motivation.
- Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to develop lead generation strategies, campaigns, and training initiatives.
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate team performance and identify areas for growth.
- Support the hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of SDRs, cultivating a culture of accountability and encouragement.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and team collaboration.
- Provide timely and actionable feedback to help SDRs build confidence, sharpen skills, and advance in their roles.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
- 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring a sales or outbound calling team, preferably in a remote environment.
- The ability to lead SDRs in a fast-paced, high-velocity outbound environment, leveraging cold call strategies and activity-based KPIs to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth.
- Strong communication, coaching, and motivational skills.
- A highly organized and results-oriented mindset and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
- A demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for people development, continuous improvement, and a drive to foster a positive, feedback-rich culture.
