About The Role
The Demand Generation Specialist is the strategic and operational owner of N2’s Lead Generation Programs for Area Directors. This role is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling digital campaigns that drive local business leads to support Area Director success and fuel revenue growth for the company. You’ll lead Facebook ad strategy and funnel development and conversion optimization, while partnering cross-functionally to align with Field needs, creative development, and marketing initiatives. This is a high-impact role that blends paid media expertise with funnel architecture and long-term vision.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video calls. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Own the strategy and execution of Lead Generation strategies that help Area Directors acquire new clients.
- Identify new opportunities to drive qualified leads through audience targeting, creative testing, campaign structure, and platform optimizations.
- Analyze campaign performance and lead quality, making data-informed decisions to improve cost efficiency, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and tools to ensure leads are properly tracked, routed, and attributed to the correct Area Directors.
- Build scalable, repeatable campaign frameworks that can be deployed across multiple markets and product types, ensuring local relevance while maintaining performance standards.

- Experienced in multi-channel lead generation, leveraging diverse media to drive measurable results.
- Skilled in strategy, testing, and creative problem-solving—not just execution.
- Confident in building and optimizing full marketing funnels, from acquisition to conversion.
- Strong collaborator, able to work cross-functionally while owning programs end-to-end.
- Equally comfortable managing audiences, budgets, and campaign execution as you are shaping long-term marketing roadmaps.
