Digital Operations Manager
At the N2 Company, our vision is "to be the most respected franchise in the nation, to share stories that build community, and to provide meaningful work for our team".
About Us
The N2 Company is America’s leading publisher of community magazines. We’re proud of our award-winning media brands – they reach millions of readers in nearly every state and help great businesses connect with ideal clients – but we’re even more proud to provide supportive and fulfilling remote work opportunities for our people.
About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Digital Operations Manager to join the Hyport team. This role serves as the operational anchor for our digital product suite, ensuring every product runs smoothly from setup through delivery.
The Digital Operations Manager partners closely with the Product Managers to execute product vision through seamless delivery, strong process management, and consistent quality assurance. This position focuses on execution, coordination, and optimization, not on product development or strategy. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structure, enjoys improving systems, and takes pride in ensuring efficient workflows and exceptional client experiences.
This is a fully remote position. Interviews will be conducted via phone and video call. The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
The Role in Action
- Execute and oversee the operational delivery of Hyport’s digital products, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across production workflows.
- Collaborate with product and production teams to implement processes, templates, and automation that improve speed and consistency.
- Support client onboarding and campaign setup by coordinating launch tasks, configurations, and timelines across digital products.
- Review client content and deliverables to ensure alignment with Hyport’s brand standards, messaging, and quality expectations.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to Area Directors and internal teams for escalated questions or technical concerns.
- Track and report on operational performance, identifying areas where automation or optimization can improve the client and team experience.
- Partner with the Product Managers to ensure product updates, enhancements, and rollouts are operationally sound before launch.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and special projects that enhance delivery, process efficiency, and product success.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who will hit the ground running with:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or campaign management.
- Strong understanding of key digital channels and tools—including social media, display advertising, email marketing, websites, and Google Business Profiles.
- Exceptional organization and detail-oriented skills that thrives on building structure, improving processes, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Clear and confident communicator who can collaborate across teams and turn operational goals into actionable plans.
- Flexible multitasking with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while ensuring quality and consistency.
- Comfortable using platforms such as Cloud Campaign, Go High Level, Google Business Profiles, and Monday.com (or similar tools).
Skills and Qualities that Set You Apart
- Proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and works collaboratively to resolve them.
